- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 pound turkey bratwurst out of casing
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 (15 1/2 ounce) cans Great Northern Beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- pepper to taste
- 2 cups washed and dried fresh spinach or chard

Turkey Brat And Bean Stew
A great meal that is not hard to make and tastes really good. Serve with a salad and Italian bread for a complete meal.
